      <title>Incoming Calls are not being received</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;phone#-------&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;acc#=======&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I recently joined Public Mobile, everything is working fine except incoming calls. Whenever someone tries to call me the call does not go through and it does not even ring.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I called my old provider(Virgin mobile), they can not fix it.&amp;nbsp;Only public mobile moderator can fix it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please fix the incoming calls.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's readable by anybody whether logged in or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you've ported over then can you still use your old SIM? If so then use that until it stops working at which time your new SIM should work. Porting can take some time. Unless it gets stuck as the saying goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
