    <description>&lt;P&gt;Your account needs a password reset with the help of a moderator. &amp;nbsp;Since you've private messaged them already, all you can do is wait. &amp;nbsp;Since password resets are time-sensitive, and private messaging is the moderators' preferred communication channel, I recommend you turn on e-mail notifications for receipt of private messages in your community account. &amp;nbsp;To do this, go to Settings -&amp;gt; Preferences -&amp;gt; Private Messenger. &amp;nbsp;Tick the checkbox for "Receive email notifications for new private messages" and click save after making the change.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;what the abovve person said is great but i also say that you should private message pm on twitter or facebook cause when i messaged them they replied back in less than 24 hours. best way for communication.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
