      <description>&lt;P&gt;You should try taking out your sim card and putting it back in, or you could hard reset your phone and see if that works. Best of luck,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Are you porting a number? At what point did you attempt to port, during activation or after? Does anything else work, text in/out, calls out or data if you have it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
