Remember, data is something you need to manage because it is expensive. You should look into apps that show you how much data you are using and which apps are using it.

It is quite possible you already used 75% because of how fast data is on PM (LTE). Not to mention the awesome coverage areas.

I have transferred from FM to PM for 3 days. Everything is better, until I received a text message saying my data usage is 75% of the 12GB. Not sure how did I use that much of data in only three days....... Hope the moderator can help.

log into your self serve and look at your data usage and your plan. You might have been given a wrong plan or something similar.

Best place to check as other mentioned self serve maybe you have auto update on data instead of Wi-Fi also downloading games movies and song kills your data i always make sure my background data is off for certain apps. To save data usage.

If you are on the right 12GB plan, then your phone must use lots of streaming or background services.

Actually using 10GB is possible within a few hours.

Check your data usage, depends on what version of os you have, many has its details.

Androids and iPhones have the capability to check how much data you've used and which apps are using the most. I suggest you take a look under your settings on your phone + your usage under self serve and figure out what ate all that data. Best of luck!
