Add ons of 1 Gig Just Disappeared.?

I just did an update on my "Asus Zenfone Max 3" from the Marshmallow OS to the Nugaut OS.I cant seen to use celluar data on my fone so checked my account and it says data all use up,i had about 1/2 gig left.Maybe the update used my cell data but i did have it set to update by wifi only....seems odd....guess ill have to add more data. any thoughts?

It's happens. Few months ago even though I set all updated on Wi-Fi but one day used my 300 mb on updates.
Looks like you need more data.
Also download one off those data tracking app I heard here lots of ppls using my data management which I just downloaded yesterday works pretty good.

Hey,

happened once with my and my G3, what i do now to avoid it is put my phone on airplane mode, then turn on wifi and proceed with updating . so my phone has no choice but to use wifi. a thought for next time!
