      <title>Transfer success story!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone, just wanted to share my experience with transfering from FM to PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been able to port from FM to PM successfully this morning without a single hitch! After seing a lot of people having trouble, i was hoping i would be lucky and not have any issues. Luckily, everything went well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Used Edge browser to avoid reported problems&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Made sure to select the plan as per instructions in the plan section&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- All information was entered in the port form. did not need to enter serial number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Popped the sim card in and setup APN settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After this, data worked instantly! I was able to send a text message and make/receive calls! approx 15 mins later, i received a text confirming that the transfer was successful!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So there you have it! Thanks to&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/20769"&gt;@TheOldVR&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;for hooking me up with sim cards!       <description>&lt;P&gt;Quick question, im also switching from FM to PM, did you have to contact FM to cancel your account or does that get automatically done during the switch over?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
