    <description>&lt;P&gt;It says my plan is 0.00 and when i try to add the amount due it says i have available funds. Should I just add money to it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account didn't autopay and it says my plan is expired. My service is suspended and i cannot make a payment because I have no plan. When I try to reactivate my plan it just&amp;nbsp;says:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Oh no!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Login Page.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to the payment and add on page, and when i try to get a new plan (which I don't want, I want my original plan) it just shows blank boxes and I cannot change or add anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did&amp;nbsp;you do the Lost/Stolen thing, it resets your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Glad all is good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If either response to your particular request leads to the resolution of your issue , please help other community members by marking that post as the solution.
