Click on forgot password. That's how you reset if that's doesn't help

Then you need mod assistance
Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation

i would also say, you can make a brand new self serve account with your number as that is how its linked.
