    <description>&lt;P&gt;hello I have renewed a plan the other day the money has been transacted but the plan has not updated its self&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no phone or text&amp;nbsp; and internet&amp;nbsp; please advise me on how to fix this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I run a busniess and need a reply as soon as you can&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you give a few more details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you on auto pay?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the balance of Available Funds on your account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you switch plans for this last renewal, if so, from what plan (cost) to new plan (cost)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe show a screen shot of your account overview minus any personal info&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone here will help you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;some tips people have tried to jump start the account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- report as lost/stolen (using self serve), then 30mins later go back in and report as found&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- add a simple $1 payment (assuming there are already enough funds to cover renew cost)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
