      <description>&lt;P&gt;The password reset broke again and I don't think there has been any official announcement that it has been fixed.&amp;nbsp; It seems to work for some accounts and not others.&amp;nbsp; That was the inconsistent way before it was declared fixed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
