Did you email or send a private msg. Mods have lots of backlog. Respond time bit varies from anywhere 2 hours to 48 hours.
But mean while Try your freedom sim maybe you still getting service. Also try reboot your device.once porting get completed you will receive a text.

I've been wating 2 days. Direct message to Mod, email to help.. nothing. I have a phone that is currently a brick. No data no calls.

4 hrs isn't bad. In november the wait time was 15 days

@joshN Sorry to hear about your trouble.

You maybe stuck in porting process.

Have you checked if everything looks ok in the self serve?

Have you tried using your old sim from the previous carrier to check if you still have service? If yes, then the port in hasn't been completed.

Have you powered down the phone, removed you sim, reinsert and power back up the phone?
