@crazycolby, service suspension is available on the self serve portal. Simply login to the affected account, select plans and addons and you will see a tab for lost phone where you can suspend the service.

@crazycolby tell your friend to log into self-serve, and proceed to "Lost/Stolen device". This will cancel the sim card so the phone will be unusable with that public mobile sim card in it. Its good that you have ordered a replacement. By using the lost/stolen phone, it will also suspend the service, until reactivated

dont forget to tell your friend to report their phone as stolen so it can be blacklisted rendering it useless!
