Does your account show active in self serve?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What happens if you call yourself?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What happens if someone calls you?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this happen to every single number you try to call? How many numbers did you try? What happens if you call 611?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does your data/ mms / texting work? Are you connected to the public mobile network? Have you tried turning air plane mode on, then off?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try going into self serve and marking your account as LOST/STOLEN then logging off, waiting a few minutes, logging back in and say you found your phone? (This often resets your sim)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
