I am waiting for a reply from Aissata on my port from freedom. my freedom prepay wil lexire july 3 at midnight and i took a tempoary number with PM june 18 as i could not enter the information on my computer . i paid 58 dollars for data only plan for 30 days but i want to port over by july 3. . will Aissata give me a credit or will i have to pay 120 to get the 90 day deal 12 gb calls/text urgent

Asata did advise i can get deal still as I have taken a temporary number on June 18. Just need the port done by Aissata as advised by private email today saturday.

I believe its port upon activation, meaning you need to port your number as you are activating the account, but perhaps im wrong and the rules for the promo have changed

Hey @guinness22

You will need to top up the difference between both plans to your account. If you selected a 58$ plan and would like to activate the 120$ promo plan, you will have to add the missing 62$ to your account balance.

Aissata isn't in for the rest of the day, she will probably get back to you on Monday 🙂

AFAIK prepaid plans expire after 60days if you do not top up on time. So you should be able to port to PM from FM within those 60days even if you dont top up on Monday. Please confirm with FM
