When does the 10 day plan expire and what time? Oct 19 to oct 28 or oct 19 to oct 29 and what time?

I would imagine that the 10 day add-on expires from the time it is activated until 10 -24 hour periods following.

Someone with more experience could provide more information on this though.

It is not 10-24 hour days, it is Calendar days as stated above. The OP's addon will expire tonight at midnight ET

@ShawnC13 correct, it's really "up to 10 days" because unless you happen to make the purhcase at precisely 00:00:00 eastern time, you will never get a full first day. It's 9-and-some-fraction-of-a-day days
