      <title>Ported FM to PM on Thurs night - Today: Still not receiving texts/calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ported my number from Freedom to PM on Thursday night and am still experiencing&amp;nbsp;a few issues:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I can send texts and make calls - but I am only receiving a few texts (mostly late ones) and no calls. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I am unable to log into my account. I tried to register for an account &amp;nbsp;with the self-registration link but it says my number is "&lt;SPAN class="FormError"&gt;*&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="form-required self-registration-error"&gt;The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already.&lt;/SPAN&gt;" I also tried the "forget your password" reset and that did not work. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;This might have to do with the fact that when I was registering my number this messaged appeared at the final stages of confirmation: "Oops ... It seems that something went wrong .. Please href=" &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help&lt;/A&gt;"&lt;BR /&gt;Target="_blank"&amp;gt;email us to get your account operational. We apologize for any inconvenience."&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please let me know what I should do... Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
