      <description>&lt;P&gt;is your phone unlock?&amp;nbsp; open network?&amp;nbsp; Try to reset and if it doesn't work go to settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cellular data APN should say isp.mb.com leave username blank and password blank hope that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also take out sim and re-insert.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
