      <title>Just changed my plan to $25 for 30 days and now I can't make local phone calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello~&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just changed my plan, from $35 for 30 days to $25 for 30 days, and with this new plan I'm supposed to have unlimited international text, and unlimited talk (in the province).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If&amp;nbsp;I try to call&amp;nbsp;any local number, I get the message : "Sorry, we could not complete this call. You do not have a long-distance add-on, and this call is not covered by your plan."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've have tried several *definitely* local numbers and get the same message. What should I do ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just re-strated my phone, tried calling again and got the same message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My self-service account status is "active"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(local) text messaging doesn't work either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/63496"&gt;@gabvil93&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might want to try two tricks that might re-activate/reset your plan:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;Report your phone lost/stolen. &amp;nbsp;Logout. &amp;nbsp;Wait few minutes. &amp;nbsp;Login. &amp;nbsp;Report your phone found.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;Manually add $1 into your balance. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These actions sometimes with reset your SIM/re-activate account. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, might need to private message moderator.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
