      <description>My phone has been activated already but i have no features added onto my actt..the money is still there for the plan I have chosen just no features</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try topping upto 120 and then pick the plan. It worked for some people and they got service. The mods will later add the difference to your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
