Im trying to call my old carrir koodo mobile to talk about my bill how do i get a hold of them if everytime i call the koodo 1800 it says welcome ro public mobile im staying with public mobile i just need to talk to a person from koodo about my previous bill can any one help me on witch what i can do to get a hold of koodo thank you so much

Probably a glitch in the system since they're all Telus companies.

Try their direct number 1-647-788-4337 or maybe even block-call it and see if that works instead as it won't be associating your number with PM by accident?

I believe that the same people are staffing both koodo and PM call center. Just tell them you want to have koodo's services and it should be fine.

I guess alternatively you could talk to Koodo through their contact us/secure messaging online or via social media if you needed to
