If they got the number wrong than it should be still active.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If that's the case, in my account change the plan starting next cycle and you would only be charged for the plan you choose going forward. If the store activated you on the $25 and you only prepaid for the $10 plan, then you can just use the extras with the $25 plan until the new plan you choose kicks in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for the port, you can try to initiate it yourself with the correct rogers phone and account numbers via my account. In case of issues you might need the moderators help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Since you just signed up, the Moderators may be willing to do this as a courtesy if you contact them as soon as possible.
