I would check that the last digits on the sim match what it says I self serve (make sure sim change happened)

Try the lost stolen feature trick, seems good at resetting some phone issues.

Edit

Does texting work?

If it was just no data I would suggest a network setting reset, most lgs rrewure that or a factory reset to get data working.

Mindyou you said it didn't work in other phones... So I'm back to my first thoughts.

Hello I have an LG X Power 2. I've been with Public since about February I'd say, I have had the same plan ever since. 60$ for 5gb of LTE/4G data and provincial texting/calling. I had an Essential Phone PH-1 but it broke and I had to switch to this phone in the meantime. The sim card I had in my Essential was also damaged so I switched Sim cards online. Ever since I switched my Sim card I haven't been able to connect to my data service or receive or make any calls. My plan is active, my data is on, it doesn't work in other phones either. I have checked the APN settings and I'm positive they're correct, maybe if they have changed slightly and someone can post them here to be sure that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

@kchisholm93

Here is the settings for your phone for APN:

https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile/lg-x-power

But as stated above, if the SIM does not work in other phones, it is likely an issue with the SIM/service. If the SIM card number is correct, trying the lost/stolen phone trick might work. In your self service account, choose the lost/stolen phone option. Logout. Wait a few minutes, Log back in and choose found phone. This resets the SIM and helps restart plan. Does not work for every situation.

If that does not work, you might need to contact moderator, but wait times are 72+ hours.

Send a private message to moderator through the following link :

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Please include in the private message your phone number, your account number and PIN code.
