      <description>&lt;P&gt;What addon did you put on? &amp;nbsp;Roaming or just normal data? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to restart the phone. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is first time using data, you need to add APN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
