      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I added a US roaming add on Oct 15th. While in the US my texting did not work at all. Can you explain. The provider in The Palm Desert area was AT+T. Data and calls worked fine. I returned Oct 20th.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
