USA data talk text package not working

Bought your 20$ USA roaming package yesterday. Landed in New York this morning and had no data! Wrote to moderator asap. Got on my connecting flight and landed in New Orleans 4 hours later. No response from them, issue still présent and couldn't book my uber because no internet!!! I have now lost a whole day out of 10 day purchased! I was able to call home so not sure what the problem is but I hope it is resolved asap as I am currently stuck in hotel lobby in order to use their internet.

@jobella@If you can call that means it should be working. Can you receive calls? Or sms

Is data roaming on?

What phone are you using?

Mobile data on.

Keep getting exclamation that I have no data because I left my region.

I am using a OnePlus3

@jobella make sure roaming Is is enabled as well as data being on.

@jobella in OxygenOS, go to settings, SIM & Network, SIM1 (or SIM2 if that's where your PM SIM is), then check your Roaming setting. It needs to be on:
