      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Bought your 20$ USA roaming package yesterday. Landed in New York this morning and had no data! Wrote to moderator asap. Got on my connecting flight and landed in New Orleans 4 hours later. No response from them, issue still présent and couldn't book my uber because no internet!!! I have now lost a whole day out of 10 day purchased! I was able to call home so not sure what the problem is but I hope it is resolved asap as I am currently stuck in hotel lobby in order to use their internet.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;J&lt;/P&gt;</description>
