    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am posting for a friend who is with public mobile who is unable to change his password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After clikcing on the "forgot your password" link, he enters in his information and receives the reset password email.&amp;nbsp; However, every time he clicks on the link, the link expires.&amp;nbsp; This has occured twice.&amp;nbsp; Anyone have any advice on how to solve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He has just bought a new SIM CARD as he had lost his phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
