      <title>Phone not working after plan change.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did a plan change yesterday and now the i cannot make any phone calls, use data, text. It says my account is still activate and not payment is required until Nov 19th, 2018.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone contact on 204xxxxxxxxxxx since my phone isn't working. CTN is 204xxxxxxxxxxx&lt;/P&gt;</description>
