      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did the call go through (i.e. you got a message saying "long-distance charges may apply", but the call still worked)?&amp;nbsp; If so, there is nothing to worry about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the call did not go through, try adding 1 (or +1) in front of the number and trying again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the number you're calling a "newish" area code and local-exchange combination?&amp;nbsp; Public Mobile seems to have a problem keeping their 'province-wide' allowed calling lists up to date.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's also the chance that you have a provisioning issue.&amp;nbsp; Contact the Moderator_Team via private message, provide your phone number, your account number, and PIN, along with a complete description of the issue, including the number you're trying to dial.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Perhaps add a long distance add on for $8 for 200 mins and it might work for the short term.&amp;nbsp; Otherwise you can temporarily use an app like Fongo to make a call over wifi or data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
