    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ported my phone from Freedom mobile to Public mobile yesterday for getting the 12 GB 90 day plan with unlimited province wide talk and global text and ended up getting&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;$84 plan with out any talk!!! There is definitely some issue with the public mobile site and I am really frustrated now with the Public mobile service. They do not even have a customer service representative I can talk to.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I sent an email to Public mobile and no response even after a day!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please moderators....do something!!!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
