If i change a plan to 30 day plan from 90 day plan with 1 month left on the 90 do you get any refunds back for the remainder of the 90 day plan?

No refunds. Just futuredate your plan change to occur on your next renewal.

No.

Future date your selected plan for when your current plan ends and you can select a promo plan.
