Another user had a similar post recently. The best solution is to contatact a moderator via private message and they will get back to you.

Make sure you include in the PM:

Public mobile account email address
Public mobile SIM card number
Explanation of what happened

If you can't port 647 number then only mod team can help you out. As other op mentioned send a private msg. They will help you out.
