      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a new SIM in the mail, so I plugged it into my phone, went to the website and attempted to set up an account.&amp;nbsp; I got several SIM Invalid type errors and somehow in the process I think I botched the account setup.&amp;nbsp; If I try to&amp;nbsp;create an account I get the following line when I enter my current phone number;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN class="FormError"&gt;*&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="form-required self-registration-error"&gt;The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="form-required self-registration-error"&gt;So I follow the link through to email verification and then I get this error;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN class="form-required self-registration-error"&gt;Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="form-required self-registration-error"&gt;I think someone just needs to delete my account from the database so that I can try again but then again I'm just taking wild guesses here.&amp;nbsp; Please help!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="form-required self-registration-error"&gt;Thanks for your time..&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If yes, your account was created but with some error. If you did not get charged and have no service on your phone, you will need to try activating&amp;nbsp;again as the first activation try probably did not go through.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
