@PRECOUOSNE In future begin a new topic for your problem rather than posting to an old thread.

A PUK is only needed if you have accidently locked your SIM. If that is indeed your situation, you will need moderator assistance. Send any one of them a private message (if not familiar with that click here for info) with your phone number and an explanation.

Let us know if it is some other situation.
