For the last 24 hours plus I have had no service on My IPhone 6.

The problem seems to have started after receiving a Carrier Setting update last night (June 9), but that may just be a coincidence.

I have updated all settings and software still, NO SERVICE. Current carrier settings are Public Mobile 28.3. I have removed sim card, on and off cellular settings, on and off airplane mode amongst other potential fixes. My account seems to be in good order, thus I am out of ideas.

Thanks for any help that can be offered.

Do you happen to have an extra phone you can try and put the SIM card in? I have the same carrier update as you. If your sim doesn't work in another phone it's most likely a SIM card issue. I'll tag a mod for you so that you can send a private message

@Mary_M

Hey @mattcubs22,

"No Sevice" can sometimes be due to a bad sim card. If possible, test your sim card in another phone.

Have you changed sim cards recently?

If that fails, would be worth contacting mod @MarieHelene_L via a private message. Dont forget to provide your phone number. She can take at your account and hopefully have a solution.

Thanks All.

I just tried my sim in my wifes phone (Telus), Sim is working.

I tried her sim in my phone NO SERVICE (not sure if that is a workable thing either way still didn't work).

Thus I am assuming sim is ok.

Next step will be to PM one of the mods.

All your help is very much appreciated.

@mattcubs22, now you have narrowed down the problem to your phone.

Something went wrong with your phone during the updates and it is likely a software glitch in the phone.

You may try doing a restore from itunes by connecting to the computer or do a factory reset. Mods won't be able to help if your service is functional in another phone.

Since your sim work in your wife phone then its not a service issue even if you send a msg to mod pretty sure they won't have any answer for you because its more like a hardware issue what else you can try leave your sim on phone and do a network reset and let your usb connected with computer with itune open lets see if that resolve your issue.
