      <title>Stuck during registration</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I started the registration process and got to the point where I realized I needed a SIM card. I backed out of the registration process without finishing it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now I have the SIM card, but when I try to register now it tells me my email is already in use, but when I try to use that email to recover the password it says I'm not in the system. It's like I accidently stalled it halfway. Is there anything I can do to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/62653"&gt;@SourCrumb&lt;/a&gt;i am a little confused,&amp;nbsp; t the first thing the activation page asks for is the sim number, &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; did you omit this and do the rest of the form? and click submit or something?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you didn;t click submit there should be no records of your emial in the system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;were you possibly with koodo prepaid before?&amp;nbsp; they share the same backend system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
