Phone frozen

Phone will not do anything. I mean anything. The phone won't turn off turn on it won't get off the main screen. It's very hard to get anywhere.

With most phones you can perform a soft reset by holding down the power button and the volume down button until it turns off and you see the phones brand logo appear. Then let it power back on again.

Do a hard reset.....google your phone model to find out how. If an iPhone google how to do a DFU.

frozen, how do I restart it.

If your device is frozen and unresponsive, press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.

for iphone

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
