      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a 30 day plan and can call and text unlimited during these days for 25 CAD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To my astonishment I tried to call the police to make an appointment to report and inquire regarding my lost passport and I got an error message: your plan, valid untill the end of october does not include talk.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is by no means true! Please restore my mobile plan to unlimited talk and text, I paid 25 CAD for it and have another 15 CAD left for next month beginning in over 10 days. I am horrified this could happen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
