      <description>&lt;P&gt;Where abouts are you located? &amp;nbsp;I am in the GTA. &amp;nbsp;Do you get no connection at all or have some services but not others? &amp;nbsp;Try manually searching for networks and see if the phone picks up anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>If sim not working in other phone then its for sure a sim or service issue since you tag mod they will look after you soon.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If both phone have same logo emergency calls only then its more like sim or service issues. Did you tried login to self serve service is all active topped up ? Also other phone is unlocked or telus or koodo ? The backup phone i meant to say.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the SIM does not work on two different phones, it does look very likely to be the problem.&amp;nbsp; I wonder why people seem to have so much issues with Public Mobile SIMs?&amp;nbsp; In my years using cellular service with many providers, I have never had a SIM failure.&amp;nbsp; Are they being inserted/removed with the phone on?&amp;nbsp; It is always a good idea to have the phone off before playing around with the SIM slot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
