Changing my plan

Hey,

I signed up for the 6GB for 45$ plan a month ago while they had the "get your next 30 days for free" promo. Now I can see there was 45$ added to my account and I want to use them tewards my next month, but I didn't use much data so I was to get the 40/ 4.5 GB. Is it possible?

Sure. Set up a future date plan change and it'll switch over on your renewal. No problem.

Yes, You can switch to a cheaper plan. Today is the last day for the $40 4.5GB promo. You need to to set it up tonight ASAP. You can schedule to be changed at your next renewal date.

You're using some specific keywords.

For you you want to do a Change Plan. Then select a plan. Then select future at renewal time.

Renew means either renewal time or possibly now. I don't think you want now.

As popping said, you can select this promo plan now but it comes into force at your renewal.

Or just spend all your money and buy it now.

Every time I click on "change plan" I get this massage: "Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic"

what to do?

Try another browser, clear cache/cookies, incognito mode

How far do you get again? I can complete a future plan change.

How about a different computer? Operating system. Your phone.
