      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sim card is locked with a phone I no longer have access to and I am unable to create my PM account because now I don't have access to my phone number for the verification code. Anything else I can do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the password reset works can you get to the email address on the account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can get into it then might I suggest getting into that other account and removing any of your own credit card information so that no charges happen on it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
