when i try to share my 3g it's say ask your provider Telus... What am i doing wrong?

My phone is a iphone 4s,

Everything working like a charm appart the tethering...

This is from a previous community post on tethering. Try it.

It is definitely a phone setting issue; PM does not restrict tethering. Two additional suggestions:

a) turn off hotspot, reboot your phone, set up hotspot again

b) shut down your laptop, and restart
