Getting Started form crashed and now says SIM invalid

I tried to use the Get Start forms yesterday. It crashed on the payment information. I tried to start again this morning and it says my Public Mobile SIM is invalid. Now my old SIM has disconnected (i filled out the port # information) and I cant use the new one. Help.
