      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another unplanned outage, this is not good.&amp;nbsp; The last crash was not that long ago.&amp;nbsp; So, these planned maintenance outages are not doing much for stability.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was in the middle of porting my number from Rogers when the self-serve page came down last night.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Left it to this morning, and all seems to be up and running now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was worried it would bust up my port but it went through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I recall, PM notifies its users of any planned maintenance/shutdown periods, but last night was not foreseen.&amp;nbsp; Hope this isn't too frequent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
