      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have problems trying to Port a number over.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My account was cancelled and I am unable to reactivate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to activate my account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently on hold withb the other service provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ben&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can reactivate you r account by funding it. &amp;nbsp;Alternatively get new SIM card, registered a new account with plan. &amp;nbsp;Once plan is activated and working use the change number and port your number. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was your plan active when you initiated the port? &amp;nbsp;Only active plans can have a number ported out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The instruction above is correct, pay to reactivate your account to move the phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the port caused the account to cancel, then the port has been performed correctly, and as a result the account is closed, and not accessible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. &amp;nbsp;My plan was active with Fido. &amp;nbsp;First I had chosen available number from PM. Once the account activated and worked fine I requested porting which actually took about one minute and no issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
