      <description>&lt;P&gt;I added $28 of a data and voice add-on for 10 days, for a weekend trip to the States. I thought I had added it and it would activate when I got to the US but when I got here I didn’t have any internet or voice access. My account shows that I have $28 of “available funds” and I was charged the $28, but don’t have the plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone know what happened? And how I can get a refund for the $28 that did nothing in the end?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
