      <description>&lt;P&gt;My plan says it active and my credit card issued the payment but my phone isnt working. This is my second month and I had no issued the first month. Who can I contact to resolve this issue? Seems like Im&amp;nbsp;being sent in circles..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
