    <description>&lt;P&gt;After you get it activated, check your bank statement to make sure you do not have multiple charges. I had a failed activation but was charged for it and the actual activation.       <title>Generic error when trying to register new account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried twice to "active sim" and get "generic error" when done filling in all the info. Finished all steps all the way to "activate".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Worse, it will not save my login and password and all the info I entered (twice... so annoying).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what to do now since there is no one to contact.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/61649"&gt;@bend2&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about your troubles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website can be finicky at times.&amp;nbsp; You may need to try another web browser, clearing cache or going in privacy/incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; Might also need to take a break and wait one hour to try again.&amp;nbsp; I know that it is frustrating, but others have experienced the same thing as yourself.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
