      <title>my plan supposed to renew yesterday but didn't happen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the renewal was supposed to happen but it didn't so I can't use my phone right now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was an auto-pay I thought they will withdraw money from my credit card automatically&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyway now I added 120$ in my account balance try to manual pay it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but I cant&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;After taking a look at your account, I see that your account is set to renew tomorrow on the 6th of May.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This is the reason why the autopay did not kick in yet, you still have today's day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
