      <description>&lt;P&gt;My plan got suspended then I paid and my account says it is activated. Every number I call says that I don't have a long distance add on, I had no problem calling any of these numbers before my plan got suspended because they are not long distance and I have province wide calling. None of my texts will go through and my data won't work either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Payment history says I’ve paid my $62 October 3rd and overview it says it’s active. I have turned my phone off many times and I even popped the SIM card out and popped it back in. Nothing is working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
