      <description>&lt;P&gt;Instead of going straight to factory reset, I would try clearing the phone dialer app data, stopping the ap and restarting it.&amp;nbsp; This is definitely a phone software issue.&amp;nbsp; Another option is to download a different dialer to see if that helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
